The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency intends to enter into a contract with LinkedIn, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA) § 21-5, regarding the procurement of the modules "Positions" and "Our Everyday Life" (career side). This is a channel to attract candidates and profile the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's value: Upper value estimate over a period of 48 months, in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations § 5-4 no. 12 letter b, NOK 2,000,000 is excluding VAT. Duration: The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency will enter into a contract for a one year trial period, with an option for an extension after the trial period. (ongoing contract)After assessing the market, The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency has concluded that there are no other reasonable alternatives that hit the procurement ́s purpose. LinkedIn has sole rights on its platform and PPR § 13-4 letter b number 3 will be applicable. LinkedIn is the world's largest professional network and offers a platform in Norway of more than 1.2 million members. Through the platform, job announcements can be precisely targeted to relevant candidates and the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency will have the opportunity to profile themselves to a larger public.
