Gloppen municipality has the statute that new general valuations of commercial property, farmhouses and holiday cottages shall be carried out, cf. Igedomsskattelova § 8 A-3 (2). The municipality has had real estate tax on all fixed real estates in 2006. The procurement ́s purpose is information tests and valuation of real estates so that a real estate tax can be printed for 2027.
