II.1.4) Trumpas aprašymas:
The competition is for the provision of bank services.
The procurement ́s value is estimated to: above the national threshold in transaction costs and interest expenses. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.
The procurement does not include loans, but the contracting authority shall have the possibility of overdraft.
The objective of the procurement is to ensure good, safe and modern bank services that contribute to efficient administration.
See the procurement documents for further information.
Climate and environment:
The main service in accordance with the agreement consists of services by human resources at the tenderer providing bank services (administration and consultancy services). The service is typically seen as desk work, with no need for travel activities.
Based on the above mentioned, the contracting authority assumes that the tenderer's climate footprint and environmental impact will be equivalent to the load from an average permanent employee. See DFØ ́s guidelines, stating that consultancy services are typically the employee ́s need for office space and equipment, the energy consumption in the building in which they work, travel for work, and waste generation that contributes to the employee's climate footprint and environmental impact. Furthermore, it is noted that none of these elements fall within the nature of the procurement (consultancy services). The contracting authority considers on this that the administration and consultancy services in accordance with nature have an immaterial climate footprint and an immaterial environmental impact and that the exemption provision in the procurement regulations § 7-9, fifth paragraph will apply.
Apprentices:
The contracting authority has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. the Procurement Act § 7, and concluded that there is no requirement for apprentices in this procurement as the contract ́s main element does not include work where it is relevant to use labour with vocational certificates or craft certificates, cf. the apprentice regulations § 6 (3).
