The Norwegian Parliament shall procure a new on-site interactive learning game for pupils between the ages of 13 and 16 in secondary school. The procurement of new learning games shall replace the Norwegian Parliament ́s current learning games for pupils in secondary school. The game shall be the Norwegian Parliament ́s main offer to this target group and it shall be a supplement to other communication and learning systems. It is a goal that the learning game shall engage the youth and stimulate learning. The learning game shall be designed so that students take an active role, contribute to create a positive experience, replenish knowledge, trigger reflection on attitude and use of their own skills. The delivery will include both development, testing and rolling out/implementation/commissioning and maintenance of the learning game. See the tender documentation for further information.
