The aim of this procurement is to contract two arts consultants for the art project for Nye Aker and Nye Rikshospitalet. The procurement will be carried out through a joint announcement of two separate and identical contracts. Tenders can be submitted for only one or both of the contracts, but one of the contracts can only be awarded. If the same tenderer has the two most favourable tenders, one contract will be awarded, whilst the tenderer ranked third will be awarded the other contract. If tenders are submitted for both contracts, each tender must give a complete account of the award criteria, including an account of the offered person.
