The district is facing a future with an increasing need for health and care services, while at the same time a lack of health personnel is expected. Several residents experience loneliness and need for support - challenges that cannot be solved by health personnel or relatives alone. In order to meet these challenges, we must rethink. Health and Mastering has explored the division of assignments and would like collaboration partners who can contribute to further developing this in the coming two years. The aim is to use several of society ́s resources and to develop sustainable services that strengthen the health and mastery of inhabitants.
