c) In Summary the Services comprise: • Ongoing development of the HIA’s new health insurance product comparison tool, for continuous enhancement and improvement purposes for all users. The Tool is accessed through the HIA’s website for consumers and a portal for admin users. • Working with the HIA to fully identify the requirements for the continuing iteration and improvement of comparison tool, including: - Revised methodologies for insurers to send updated data for the comparison tool - The potential for integrated machine learning features and AI technology - Continuous improvements to data parsing, data representation, UI and UX. It is anticipated that this would include, but not necessarily limited to: - a Written Specification of versions of the iterative comparison tool design - b Review session of any specifications with HIA - c Workshops and interviews to determine HIA requirements / options/ feasibility for the comparison tool. • Development, testing, and installation, of the comparison tool to meet the requirements. • Support, security and maintenance service, including site development, updating and increase in data scalability, if required. • Data analytics, reporting and exporting of data from the comparison tool. • Training on self-maintenance of Comparison Tool website. We expect the successful tenderer to be experts in these areas, and to proactively make specific recommendations as they see fit based on our requirements. The recommendations should be appropriate, cost effective and sustainable.
