Asker municipality would like to invite suppliers of the geographical information system (GIS) to a dialogue. Asker municipality currently has Askerkart for executive officers and residents. Askerkart is a web-based map system, but in connection with the current system supplier having notified transition to cloud, the municipality wants to update itself on the market situation and the different possibilities that exist. The dialogue meetings will be held in Asker municipality ́s premises in the period 3.11-7. 11.2025. The GIS tool shall be able to support the municipality ́s work with knowledge based decisions. It shall be a map solution for case handling in accordance with the Planning and Building Act and other legislation, at the same time that the system should be able to give inhabitants access to relevant information from the same knowledge basis. We would like the map system to be easy to administer and it has a user friendly interface. We would like tenderers to give a general system demonstration so that we can get an understanding of whether this will fit into Asker municipality ́s ICT architecture/portfolio. We want the demo to say something about: • User administration of the system • Inhabitant services • 3D display in the system. • Analysing and reporting possibilities • data flow and possible system integrations • How the system itself is administered - what can we do ourselves Each tenderer can have up to three persons with good competence in the system. Asker municipality will provide an ICT consultant, as well as three representatives from the department Analyse og Geodata. Business sensitive information that is shared in the individual meetings will be handled confidentially. Tenderers wishing to participate can register their interest by email to elfrid.nygaard.stabellini@asker.kommune.no and at the same time state the preferred date for holding the meeting (03.11, 04.11, 05.11, 06.11 or 07.11). Any questions to the market dialogue can also be directed here and will be answered continuously. The registration deadline is 31.10.2025 Agenda for the dialogue meeting: 1. Presentation of meeting participants and cards on the municipality ́s need for a GIS tool. 2. General demo of the supplier ́s system. Documentation that shall be submitted after the dialogue meeting (deadline: 14.11.2025) 1. Presentation from the dialogue meeting. 2. Three reference customers with an equivalent system (with contact information). 3. Upper and lower price estimates for licences/subscriptions, rolling out and training per annum, including support. The estimates are not binding.
