COMPUTER EQUIPMENT The contract covers the supply and delivery of information and communication technology (ICT) equipment and software for the Innovation Fund: • The subject of the contract under Lot 1 is the supply, delivery, installation and tuning of 2 (two) multifunctional copier/printer/scanner units. • The subject of the contract under Lot 2 is the supply and delivery of the ICT hardware and software items specified in the tender dossier. Lot 2 includes 1 (one) laptop type A, 15 (fifteen) laptops type B, 20 (twenty) laptops type C, 10 (ten) desktop computers type A, 20 (twenty) desktop computers type B, 10 (ten) monitors, 1 (one) scanner, 1 (one) network attached storage (NAS), 2 (two) network switches, 66 (sixty-six) office software licenses, 110 (one hundred ten) file archiving software licenses, 100 (one hundred) external SSD storage devices (1 TB), 50 (fifty) computer headsets, and 5 (five) security keys for strong authentication. The procurement aims to enhance the Innovation Fund’s technical infrastructure and operational efficiency through the acquisition of new IT hardware, software, and multifunctional office devices. All goods shall be delivered DAP (Delivered at Place) to the premises of the Innovation Fund, Veljka Dugosevica 54/B4/2, Belgrade, Serbia, within the timeframes specified in the tender dossier.
