Nordhordland Helsehus IKS (RNHI) region is owned by the seven municipalities of Alver, Austrheim, Fedje, Gulen, Masfjorden, Modalen and Osterøy. The contract shall mainly cover the need for cleaning in the building. The procurement shall ensure modern, future orientated and user friendly cleaning in RNH. It is a requirement that the tenderer, throughout the entire process, actively contributes to achieving all the requirements and objectives in the tender documentation. Tenderers must consider themselves an important co-player for the total service offer at RNH. Tenderers must be able to deliver good quality and be flexible as regards changed needs so that the quality of the delivered product is seen as good. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract with a responsible and professionally capable tenderer for the delivery of regular and periodic cleaning services for the Nordhordland Health Centre Region. Tenderers must be able to work independently and have an operative general manager that RNH can deal with. This manager must ensure that daily cleaning functions optimally and can cope with unforeseen situations. The requested extent and the term cleaning is as defined in NS 8431 points 3.2 and until: • Regular cleaning NS 8431 points 3.3 and 3.5 Cleaning related service assignments Watering flowers and removing snow are not included, but the other assignments listed under the concept content in point 3.5 are included. • Periodical cleaning NS 8431 point 3.4. Relevant examples are also included there. The objective of the work is to take care of the surfaces, keep the premises visually appealing, satisfactorily hygienic and ensure a good internal environment. The cleaning shall fulfil the requirements in "The guideline for the regulations on environmental orientated health care". RNH has a very small administration. It is therefore absolutely necessary that the tenderer can work independently and make good daily decisions without RNH being involved.
