      Contract for service and support for the Visual Act Stage Wagon System (AGV system). Scissor No. #25021 Description As a part of the permanent stage machinery, DNO&B has a system consisting of automated stage trolleys (Automated Guided Vehicle), which was delivered in 2008 by the now defunct Visual Act AB in Stockholm, Sweden. The stage trolleys consist of modules that are assembled together in different assemblys to form automated trolleys that are used for performances and other technical work in the stage area.  The system is controlled by the Visual Acts Control System W&S Stage, which is specifically designed for this product. To operate this system, special knowledge of the Visual Act's vehicle system is decisive, limiting the available options for support and service. We are therefore seeking to enter into a "service and support agreement" with East Side Technologies who have one of the original creators of the system as employees, who have in-depth knowledge of the system in it's entirety. The objective of this agreement is to procure professional and reliable service and support for qualified maintenance personnel. Main services for support include: ·       Unlimited email and telephone support during normal business hours ·       Up to 10 supporting events per year outside normal working hours (evenings, weekends, and public holidays) ·       An annual analysis of database and data logs. ·       Up to 35 hours on-site service and support Options that can be included, but which we do not limit ourselves to: ·      Detailed analysis of navigation logs ·      Annual mechanical service, except when specifically requested within the 35 hours of support mentioned above. ·      Software updates such as bug fixes or improvements ·      Purchase of system-related hardware ·      Design work for possible upgrading options ·      Consulting
