INVITATION TO MARKET DIALOGUE With this RFI Yle invites interested suppliers to participate in the market dialogue held prior publishing the call for tenders (RFP). With this RFI Yle gathers insights and proposals for solutions that will help us achieve a system (or systems), which meets all Yle's requirements as well as both the current and future production needs. The system and all of its components should create an environment, which workflows are easy for users, and which communicates flawlessly with other systems that Yle has. Yle is looking for either a) a single vendor system with all the features or; b) a modular solution from different vendors. The description and object of the RFI, as well as the schedule of the procurement process, are preliminary and Yle will specify the needs and objectives of the procurement in the final RFP. It may also be that no invitation to tender is published in case Yle decides not to proceed with the renewal. At this point Yle is looking to identify the solutions available in the market that could meet Yle’s needs. It is possible that there will be round 2 of RFI before publishing the final request for proposals (RFP). In case, at this point, Yle feels it is needed, we will schedule meetings with the few chosen suppliers. Please see the appendix of this RFI for further information. INTERESTED? Please include a description or additional appendices covering the following topics in your email: - Description of the solution you provide, including a description of which key features are included in your solution - A short company presentation, including the size of the company in terms of revenue and number of employees. - Your previous experience and few appropriate reference cases. - Reference architecture view - Description of your licence and pricing model - Description of your cyber security policies and continuity planning - Description of your GDPR policies - Your general agreement terms and conditions and description of SLA terms if possible We will review the answers as soon as they are received.
