The maintenance service is for two testing equipment (MicRed PwT 1800A 12C 12V and MicRed PwT 2400A 16C 12V) we purchased in 2019 from Siemens Industry Software A/S. The maintenance service includes software updates, enable of specific software functions, and repair during the oneyear service period for the two equipment we have. Only the same company, Siemens Industry Software A/S, can provide the maintenance service of their sold equipment. They are the only ones who can access the system. Access to the system is crucial for carrying out repairs and maintenance.
