Invitation to dialogue meetingsThis is a prior information notice. The contracting authority plans to announce an open tender contest in accordance with the regulations part III for risk waste containers, risk waste bags, risk waste sacks and absorbents for the health companies in Helse Vest in autumn 2025.Vi hereby invites potential tenderers to dialogue meetings ahead of the procurement. Individual dialogue meetings are invited friday 26 September 2025 via Teams.Duration: 15 minutes per tenderer. The current agreements for risk waste containers, risk waste sacks, risk waste sacks and absorbents expire 31.08.2026. See the attached "Invitation to supplier dialogue". Enrolment shall be sent via the communication module in Mercell and marked "Enrolment dialogue meeting". Registration information: Name of attendees - Email to attendees so that we can send an invitation to teams meeting Tenderers wishing to participate are asked to register for participation by Friday 19 September at the latest 2025.Vi aim to hold the meetings at noon.
