Narvik municipality, c/o the municipal education area, aims at strengthening the work on environmental health care. Environmental orientated healthcare in nurseries and schools deals with the measures and routines that shall safeguard a safe and health promoting environment for children and employees in nurseries and schools. The work on environmental health care is rooted in Norwegian legislation, which includes, among other things, the Regulations on Environmental Health Care, the Health and Care Services Act, the Public Health Act and the Nursery Act. It is therefore necessary to procure a digital system that gives us a good overview of the most important elements in environmental health care for nurseries and schools. The system we shall procure must have an app system so that personnel can easily follow up check-lists, as well as register events related to environmental health protection (e.g. refrigerator temperature and safety outside area). The app must provide a notification on the tenderer's website so that any events can be immediately corrected. Routine descriptions where the legislation is always up-to-date are also required. The manager shall give a total overview of all areas connected to environmental health care, so that they can take responsibility, manage and any forward information entered into other systems. We must be able to secure knowledge transfer through the system by updating personnel in accordance with requirements and routines for nurseries and schools. Tenderers must also be able to take care of all areas through inspections from environmental health care. Content that is wanted in the system: - Routines in connection with children's illness, accident or death - Routine for cleaning toys. - Routines children disappear from kindergarten - Routines raptured guardians will pick up children - Log on events - Check lists temperature freezer, refrigerators - Pre-trip checklist - Checklist the outdoor playground. - Risk lists Narvik municipality cannot find other relevant tenderers after a market check. We therefore intend to enter into a contract with Eik Solutions AS for the procurement of a digital system that will safeguard the environmentally orientated health safety law.
