Trondheim municipality, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, is working on acquiring a new framework agreement for medicines and multi-dose applicable from 01.01.2027 to the municipality ́s units and to cooperating contract municipalities (i.a. Bergen, Stavanger and Kristiansand municipalities) with accompanying collaboration partners (a total of approx. 75 contracting authorities). See the overview of the contract and collaboration municipalities from 2022 in annex 2. Whether the dialogue dialogue will take place in writing with an introductory round (first question/answer), then the hearings and/or questions that we publish as additional information under the "Communication" tab. There will be relatively short reply deadlines, and replies received after this cannot be expected to be taken into account in the work with the procurement. In some cases it may also be necessary to contact one or several tenderers, e.g. for further clarifications or additional information.
