II.1.4) Trumpas aprašymas:
This Framework Agreement aims at supporting the activities of the Advisory Services for Advisory Services for Public and Infrastructure Finance.
Public and Infrastructure Financial advisory services are crucial in transitioning projects from the preparation stage to financial closing and implementation. A well-designed financing strategy is essential for optimizing the ability of project promoters' to successfully implement their projects and even undertake more ambitious investments. This entails an appropriate risk allocation, mix of debt and equity, securing favourable loan terms, and identifying potential sources of grants and subsidies.
The benefits of a robust financing structure extend beyond the immediate project. When project promoters have access to optimized financial solutions, they are better positioned to manage risks and uncertainties. This stability allows them to focus on the operational aspects of their projects, ensuring timely completion and effective management. Moreover, a sound financial foundation can open doors to future opportunities, enabling promoters to pursue larger and more ambitious investments.
These services encompass a range of activities, going from comprehensive market analyses, risk assessment and risk management strategies, identification of potential funding sources, financial analysis, financial engineering, subsidy applications to the design of innovative financial instruments and structures that cater to the unique needs of the project.
The support will be provided to project promoters (mostly public sector entities and special purpose vehicles but can exceptionally include private sector counterparts).
