To participate in the tendering process, companies must qualify for each package they intend to bid on. It is possible to submit bids for one  or both packages.  It is possible to qualify different factories for package 1 and 2.    Scope of Package 1: Bredäng – 500 MVA, 410/225 kV, 2 units Ellevio can only accepts a design of 3-limbed cores for the units in Bredäng.   Scope of Package 2: Beckomberga – 500 MVA, 410/225 kV, 2 units Ellevio can accept both 3-limbed and 5-limbed cores for the units in Beckomberga.   Delivery is scheduled for 2029.
