Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Education plans to announce a competition for the operation of four municipal nurseries. Two of the nursery buildings are currently leased to a private actor, with lease agreements that expire. The other two nurseries are new nurseries that have not yet been taken into operation. We are now requesting feedback from the market regarding interest in submitting tenders in the planned competition and for input for implementation and evaluation, see the questions below. About the Contracting Authority The Agency for Education is the contracting authority. The City Council Department has overall political responsibility for the nursery schools in Oslo. Operation and ownership of municipal nurseries is delegated to Oslo ́s 15 districts. The districts inspect municipal and private nurseries, carry out admissions, invoices for municipal nurseries and carry out other assignments connected to the administration of nursery places. Just over half of the 680 kindergartens in Oslo are private. Oslo municipality is one of Norway's largest employers with approx. 50,000 employees and an annual budget of approx.
