Porsgrunn municipality would like to establish a cooperation with a total supplier who shall deliver and implement a comprehensive welfare technological platform. The platform shall include associated technology, such as i.a. different welfare technology as well as response services with health personnel. Our aim with the process is to provide interested suppliers with information and knowledge of the project and to make the tender documentation as best possible based on good input from the market.
