DSB implements approx. 200 procurements per annum in the current digital competition tool (KGV) Mercell TendSign. This tool is also a contract administration tool (KAV) with integration with our intranet, which creates good accessibility for all signed contracts and framework agreements for all employees. The tool we use also has integration with DSB's case/archive system Elements. We are now in a process for procuring a new tool for the implementation of procurement processes and the administration of contracts. Collecting information on which tools are available in the market is seen as an important part of the preparatory work with preparing a requirement specification in connection with a future procurement process.
