Term - The knowledge sector ́s service provider, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, would like to enter into a framework agreement with a provider of consultancy services. The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure the Contracting Authority ́s need for access to consultancy services within special areas to the degree that these cannot be solved through the Contracting Authority's existing agreements on consultancy services, as well as minor areas where the existing contracts do not cover.
