Rectification: TenneT has identified an error in the Schedule of Prices and Rates. Specifically, in line item 3 and line item 4 of the schedule, the formula contained in the Excel file is incorrect. The current formula calculates the day rate line item 3 and the unit rate for fuel line item 4 based on a period of 365 days, whereas it should be based on 730 days, as correctly stated in column F (Quantity fixed) of the Schedule of Prices and Rate. Hence, it should calculate to a Tender Price based on a fixed period of two years. As a result of this error, TenneT could not evaluate the received tenders. Please be advised that TenneT will disregard all documents submitted in relation to the tenders received on 29th April 2025. TenneT confirms that this information will not be used and be kept confidential to guarantee the fair competition. To rectify the error, TenneT has amended the Schedule of Prices and Rates accordingly and published the revised version on Mercell. TenneT hereby grants all tenderers the opportunity to re-submit their bid and are requested to re-submit and upload all tender documents in accordance with the requirements set out in the Invitation to Tender as published on Mercell on 10th March 2025. This re-submission should be regarded as a new tender. Tenderers can choose to submit exactly the same documents as previously, but are also allowed to make changes, improvements or corrections to their bids in all aspects. The new deadline for the submission of tenders can be found on Mercell in the updated schedule. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- TenneT TSO B.V. (Client), as the responsible Transmission System Operator (TSO), is obliged to connect offshore wind farms in the Dutch North Sea to the onshore HV-power grid. Client is managing the operations of its Dutch Offshore High Voltage Substations, via the extra-high voltage cable connections from  sea to land, also called a  grid connection systems (GCS). The surrounding offshore wind farms (OWF) are erected and operated by third parties. Each OWF is connected to a Client owned GCS  via a OHVSS. In the Netherlands Client will operate and develop - as contribution to the Energy Agreement - at least 7 independent 700MW offshore GCS’s by 2025, by means of a standardized OHVSS. Future developments as from 2025 include 7 independent 2 GW GCS’s, each with a standardized DC OHVS. These DC systems are located further offshore and for now are not included in the service scope . By means of the National Energy Agreement, the Dutch government wants to achieve a substantial increase in the share of wind energy in the Netherlands’ energy mix. To increase offshore wind energy capacity, the government has designated zones in the North Sea for the development of new wind farms. This initiative is commonly known as "Net Op Zee". With standardized offshore grid concept, TenneT will transmit the offshore wind energy onshore, to its high voltage substations. From there, the high-voltage grid will distribute the wind energy to end users. The TenneT TSO B.V. (TenneT) business unit Grid Field Operations Offshore Netherlands (GON) also internally know as Offshore - Area West is the organizational unit managing the operations of the Dutch Offshore High Voltage Substations (OHVS) including associated export cables from sea to land, also called a Grid Connection System (GCS).  For this tender we are looking for one party that can provide the year round (365 days - annually) Crew Transfer Vessel services to the following grid connections/platforms: -    Borssele Alpha -    Borssele Beta -    Hollandse Kust Zuid Alpha -    Hollandse Kust Zuid Beta -    Hollandse Kust Noord Alpha -    Hollandse Kust West Alpha -    Hollandse Kust West Beta from July 2025 to July 2027 with the option to extend the contract with one full year.
