The project will be awarded through an open electronic tender exceeding threshold limits and broadly includes: The addition of a new ground-floor building with a total area of 1,378.78m² The upgrading (structural, functional, and energy-related) of the existing building, with a total area of 804.27m² The construction of underground auxiliary spaces with a total area of 1,196.26m², including an additional 78.14m² for the existing building The construction of an underground parking facility in the new building extension, with a capacity of 17 vehicles, serving the needs of the nursery The development of outdoor surrounding areas covering 1,726.88m²
