The procurement will include module built sitting systems and the accompanying chassis, mould cast and the accompanying chassis and vehicle seats for children, with the accompanying accessories, spare parts and services. The procurement is divided into sub-contracts in order to best meet the users ́needs. Sub-contracts 1-5, 7 and 8 will enter into agreements with a sufficient number of tenderers to cover the majority of the users ́needs. There can, therefore, be varying from sub-contract to sub-contract, whether a framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer, or whether parallel framework agreements will be signed. Parallel framework agreements will be signed with three tenderers in sub-contract 6, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders. If there are not a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders to enter into parallel framework agreements with three tenderers, parallel framework agreements will be signed with two tenderers.
