The development of Castleisland AFC Artificial Playing Pitch has taken place in stages with the completion to date of the new all-weather football pitch, security fencing and floodlighting. This project is a collaboration between Castleisland AFC and Castleisland Community College and is located at the back of the school with access to the facility through the schools front gate at Tonbwee, Castleisland, Co. Kerry The next stage is the construction of new dressing rooms and an upstairs meeting room which is the subject of this invitation to Tender The new Clubhouse comprises the construction of two-storey building of 238sqm. The building will also incorporate Climate Adoption proposals including Solar PVs and batteries to make the facility carbon neutral, heat recovery system & ventilation
