Due to the expiration of the current contracts, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Defence requires in accordance with the regulations for posted employees (the supplementary CLA for government postings abroad, as well as Chapter 25 of the CLA for the Dutch Government – "Posted Employees to the Caribbean Part of the Kingdom"), there is a need for statistical Data (hereinafter: Data) to determine foreign allowances, rental norms, and additional housing costs. The regulations stipulate that this Data must be provided by an independent institution.
