The objective of the market dialogue is to gain insight that allows us to choose the right procurement strategy, reconcile our needs, understand which of our needs may be outside standard functionality, as well as get input in the system room for this. 1:1 dialogue with the tenderers will initially be carried out in writing. The dialogue will be followed up with physical meetings with selected suppliers if we need further information in order to get a comprehensive overview of what the supplier market can offer, or there are challenges that can affect the further process. Suppliers who do not participate in the market dialogue, or who are not invited to physical meetings, will still be able to participate in the procurement on the same terms as other tenderers, without participation in the market dialogue having any effect on the competition.
