THIS IS A CONTRACT AWARD NOTICE. Finavia is renewing its A-CDM solution in Helsinki Airport. The objective of this procurement is to replace the current custom-made A-CDM solution with a modern SaaS- based A-CDM solution and to improve the operational efficiency of the CDM process while fulfilling the EU regulation. New CDM system is procured with a Software as a Service (SaaS) model where the new supplier is responsible for planning, building, developing, and operating the system throughout its lifecycle, including the required technical environment (including application and database servers, network and interfaces). More detailed description of the procurement and requirements are described in the further procurement material enclosed to this procurement notice.
