    II.1.4) Trumpas aprašymas:

      The contracting authority shall procure 15 pipetting robots for pre-PCR, post-PCR work and Pre-LC-MSMS for the Clinic for Laboratory medicine at Oslo University Hospital in the Life Science Building. We would like as much automation and flexibility as possible. The pipetting robots shall be used for human genetics and microbes. The pipetting robots shall preferably be used for different NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) methods, singer sequencing and frament analyses, complete pre-treatment before multiplex PCR MALDI-TOF and for pre-processing microbiological samples, preparation of biological material before fluid chromatography/mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The robots must be flexible enough to also be used for other methods.  The pipetting robots are procured on behalf of the Department for Pharmacology (FAR), the Department of Medical Genetics (AMG) and the Department for Microbiology (MIK) at Oslo University Hospital. The procurement is divided into 6 sub competitions. Tenders can be submitted individually or in several sub-competitions.   The procurement also includes instrument dependent consumables and options as described in the Competition Description, point 1.5 Options.
