Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Urban Environment (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) shall procure 2 electric ice preparation machines for Jordal Amfi and Jordal youth hall. An 8 year service agreement shall also be signed for the machines, with an option for a 2 year extension of the service agreement. Sanding knife blades on the machines is also included in the contract.
