The subject of this tender is for the Design and Build for the construction of Hal-Far Business Incubation Centre (HBIC) and offices including the respective excavation, infrastructure and part finishes using environmentally friendly methods and materials at HHF415, Hal Far Industrial Estate. The place of acceptance of the works shall be HHF415, Hal Far Industrial Estate, Malta. The time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be in accordance with delivery periods as specified in Section 2 – Special Conditions, Article 32, and the INCOTERM2020 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
