Publicjobs is seeking to procure a supplier to support us in designing, hosting and remotely proctoring online tests, for use in high volume and/or high-stakes recruitment. Record and review proctoring is essential and the ability to offer live proctoring is also desirable. The preferred supplier must have an understanding of occuational psychology and psychometric testing, including expertise in assessment scoring and item response theory. The supplier must also have mechanisms to ensure test security/integrity. Publicjobs are the centralised provider of recruitment, assessment and selection services for the Civil Service. Publicjobs also provide recruitment and consultancy services to Local Authorities, the Health Service Executive, An Garda Síochána and other public service bodies. Publicjobs also manages the recruitment process for appointments at Chairperson and Non-Executive Director level, to the Boards of State Agencies under State Boards.
