The overall objective of the project is to contribute to economic growth in Republic of North Macedonia by improving the efficiency, effectiveness and safety of its railway transport facilities and services to upgrade and widen rail infrastructure along the trans-European railway Corridor X and VIII at railway border stations/points and increase its capacity. This will contribute for better railway transport competitiveness.
