    II.1.4) Trumpas aprašymas:

      The goal of the SCA4PQC program is to research countermeasures to side-channel attacks on asymmetric methods of post-quantum cryptography. That is, specific cryptosystems are to be developed, which should not only be resistant to attacks by classical computers and quantum computers, but whose implementation should also withstand current classes and foreseeable, new side-channel attacks. The program focuses on ensuring high, holistic side-channel resistance by means of efficient countermeasures. In this context, holism implies enabling resistance to as many of the known attacks and types of side channels as possible. Countermeasures are efficient, if the caused overhead is small and they incur minimal overall system performance loss. At the end of the research program, laboratory-scale demonstrators corresponding to a technology readiness level (TRL) of less than or equal to 4 must be delivered as well as tested for side-channel resistance. These implementations, which should be as general as possible, must be applied and analyzed to at least one use-case in internal and external security. Overall, the program results should foster the necessary migration to post-quantum cryptography and have connectivity in internal and external security, including possible further development beyond TRL 4.
