Bray, Shankill, Dun Laoghaire Blackrock Sandymount, Pearse Fairview, Bayside and Howth Substations/TPH have existing asphalt roofs which have previously been covered with torch on bituminous felt. The life expectance for the felt is due to expired. This tender is to supply and install EPDM overlay system (Firestone or similar or equivalent) on to existing asphalt roofs ensuring the buildings remain waterproof. Not all the roofs will require a full cover of the EPDM but they will need varying degrees of work.
