The Project is Climate Action RePower EU Pathfinder – LOT 14. The project pertains to the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives across educational institutions, located at Prosperous Road Clane Naas Co Kildare ,Kildare W91PF77. McAdam has been formally appointed by the Department of Education (DoE) Ireland as part of the EU Climate Action Pathfinder initiative to execute the project in accordance with the following specified sustainability objectives: • Compliance with Building Energy Rating (BER) B1 requirements for all retrofitted building blocks. • Achievement of a 50% reduction in Primary Energy consumption. • Attainment of an airtightness level of 5m³/hr @ 50Pa. • Implementation of a renewable heating system designed to supply a minimum of 60% of the annual space heating demand for the designated area through renewable energy technologies. • Deployment of renewable energy systems with a minimum generation capacity of 6kWp. The Department of Education (DoE) Ireland has directed that the execution of the project be carried out in a single phase, scheduled to take place during the Summer Holiday period of 2025, specifically between July and August 2025.
