The Contracting unit is planning to implement air-to-water-heat pump- plant (AWHP) to Helsinki, Patola. Patola AWHP plant will produce heating to Helen's district heating (DH) network. Helen Ltd (later "The Contracting unit" or "The Client") aims to be carbon neutral energy company by 2030. In order to achieve its carbon neutrality targets, Helen has commited to stop using of coal by 2025, and is currently seeking and piloting non-combustion based energy solutions for its energy production. The Contracting unit is now planning to implement air-to-water-heat pump- plant (AWHP) to Helsinki, Patola. In this procurement The Contracting unit is seeking a supplier for heat exhanger setup to Patola AWHP as described in details in this EU Procurement notification and in it's appendices. Delivery scope consists of: - Defrosting heat exchanger for heat collectors, 1 piece - Process cooling heat exchanger, 1 piece - Chiller cooling heat exchanger, 1 piece - The equipment complete designing and manufacturing - All the materials needed including the inner pipes and parts of the delivered equipment - Metal frame or mounting feet for the heat exchanger - Anchor bolts for the mounting base - The heat exchanger markings and plates - Factory acceptance tests, functional tests and other tests or inspections accepted by authorities for the delivered equipment - Spare parts and special tools needed during commissioning and guarantee period, if any (shall be listed in the offer) - Critical spare parts, if any - Documentation according to the inquiry Delivery includes heat exchanger units and all the necessary auxiliaries, accessories and services described in tender request and its’ appendices. Equipment and services not mentioned in tender request and it's appendices, but needed in heat collector setups’ reliable function, shall be included in delivery.
