The Capital and Estates Directorate of the Health Service Executive proposes to create a number of ‘category specific’ Frameworks based on project complexity and monetary value. The frameworks are entitled and deal with Framework Category 01: Minor Capital Works – project value €0M - €1M excluding VAT. This framework is to be established for Architect Services as Principal Service Provider and will include a number of Specialist Skills Providers as domestic sub-consultants to the Architectural Services. The Framework will be broken down in to Lots which will align with the HSE Capital and Estates Regional Offices of which there are ten (10). There is an option for Applicants to apply for all ten (10) should they wish. Shortlisting for tendering purposes will be established by the Capital and Estates Corporate Office and the tendering process will be managed by the regional offices as and when a relevant project emerges from each of those offices. The Specialist Skills Providers as domestic sub-consultants to the Architect as Principal Service Provider are: Planner, Project Supervisor Design P, Employer’s Representative, Fire Safety Consultant and BIM Information Manager.
