It is critical that this tool can consolidate data into single source of truth, allow integration with other systems and services and is a secure cloud-based system with security and privacy model and controls based on international protocols, standards, and industry best practices. In addition, it is desired that the tool should have the capacity to monitor and improve the app in any or all of the following areas - • Content Quality - misspellings, broken links etc. • Governance – Setting and monitoring policies. • Performance – ensuring high speeds and excellent page performance. • Data Privacy – ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. • Analytics – getting accurate statistics on site usage. • Support and Technical Assistance – ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery plans, including backups and restoration capabilities of content and user accounts.
