Gran, Lunner and Jevnaker municipalities shall implement a joint procurement of a framework agreement for asphalt services. The units at the respective municipalities manage and construct municipal technical infrastructure, buildings, roads and spaces. The procurement concerns minor asphalting assignments connected to municipal roads/spaces and outdoor areas around existing schools, nurseries and equivalent. There can be patching and hand laying and some larger connected surfaces on the completed basis. The ground work is expected to be carried out by the contracting authority, with the exception of any fine grading. We would like feedback from the market on the attached tender documentation draft. The deadline for submitting feedback is 10 March. All feedback shall be given via the communication module here in Mercell and everything shall be in Norwegian.
