The ceiling of FWC CEPOL/FWC/2020/236 for the provision of development, implementation and evaluation of the Police English Language (PEL) online course services to CEPOL has been almost fully consumed, a small portion of the programme couldn't been implemented due to the cyber incident. In order to guarantee the business continuity and to ensure the delivery of CEPOL’s annual work programme, we wish to conclude a framework service contract via open procedure
