Norsk Helsenett shall, on behalf of the Norwegian Institute of Public Health, enter into a service contract for security guard services, telephone exchange and reception services. The main aim of the agreement is to ensure security and to provide services to the users at the Norwegian Institute of Public Health (furthermore the Customer) ́s locations at Lindern and Myrens Verksted in Oslo. See Annex 1, the service will mainly include: • Reception, security guard services, exchanges, visitor management and administration of access cards during ordinary working hours from 08:00 to 16:00.• Stationary security guard services and area checks outside ordinary working hours from 16.00 to 08.00.• Response services.• Assistance with extraordinary events and accidents.• Participation in stand-by exercises. Stationary security guard services with turn-outs: Uniformed security guards stationed at the reception in Lovisenberg gt. 8. Carry out reception assignments and serve the Contracting Authority ́s switchboard during ordinary working hours from 08:00 to 16:00. Monitors, responds and scrambles to alarms from the institute's 24 hour security systems. Alarm call-offs shall be of high priority and the security guard shall respond immediately for acute events. The driving distance from Lindern to Myrens workshop is 2 km. Area control: Based on instructions, the security guard carries out a minimum of two inspection rounds per 24 hours of the contracting authority ́s facades, shell protection, internal areas and outdoor areas. The inspections shall be carried out outside ordinary work hours and completed inspections and deviations shall be documented electronically in a cloud system, which is also available free of charge for the Contracting Authority.
