Narvik municipality shall procure a user friendly, modern and intuitive case/archive system that covers the current need for archiving and at the same time facilitate the future development in the archive sector. Before the competition is prepared and announced, the municipality invites tenderers to a market dialogue to become better aware of the supplier market, what opportunities exist today and what strategies will form the basis for further development of future case/archive systems. The needs that the new system(s) shall cover are, among other things, daily case processing and archiving of archived documents, political case processing, access management, personnel cases for employees in Narvik municipality, case handling of technical cases in accordance with eByggesak and ePlansak, archiving of children and pupil files and making available documentation from previous case archive systems. Narvik municipality would like other relevant and related modules and integrations to such a system, e.g. form system, political meeting portal, integration with wages and finance system, connection SvarInn and SvarUt and any other joint components from KS Fiks/KS Digital, as well as what the otherwise supplier would think will be relevant. The Case archive system shall be NOARK certified and we expect the system to be updated and in accordance with the current laws, regulations and rules. Even if the deadline for enquiries is 30 April, tenderers are not expected to wait until then to make contact. Suppliers who wish to participate in the market dialogue will be invited to a dialogue continuously.
