Havtil intends to procure a tool that shall support the budget work in the entity. The budget work includes preparation of budgets and forecasts, analyses and reports. The purpose of the procurement and the needs description are further described in Annex 1a the Contracting Authority ́s needs description. The system must function together with Havtil ́s current ERP system (Unit4) as described in the requirement specification. A comprehensive description of the delivery is given in the requirement specifications in annex 1b. The contract shall include both procurement, implementation and adaptation of the system. The contract is for the procurement, implementation, adaptation, operation and maintenance of the system.
