The Secretariat seeks to conclude a service contract aimed at assisting Regional Partners in establishing the Western Balkans Electronic Register of Road Undertakings (WBRRU) in alignment with the European Register of Road Undertakings (ERRU) and set the basis for developing an e-permit Exchange module for streamlined electronic permit processes within WBRRU. These services aim at enhancing the regulation and management of road transport operator businesses in the Western Balkans region. Service provider shall develop the proposal for setting up WBRRU, digital permits exchange module incorporating its functionality, system architecture, data flow and protocols, prepare Technical Specifications for the tender of setting up WBRRU.
