The project is the Cell Upgrade, Prisoner Processing and associated general works at Thurles Garda Station, Slievenamon Rd, Thurles, Co. Tipperary. The Gross Internal Floor Area of the Works Area is Approx 120m2. The project includes for removal and replacement of existing cell doors, floor, wall and ceiling finishes and all necessary anti-ligature requirements to the cells area, fitout of a prisoner processing area and interview room including the provision of new Mechanical and Electrical services installations, acoustic panels to interview room, road marking in carpark, mesh enclosure to courtyard, ramp and railings, paint external façade of cell area only, diversion of foul sewer in male toilets and all associated works.
