The Department of International Cooperation at the Research Council of Norway (RCN) is inviting competition through open tender for a contract for the procurement of courses for the current European Framework Programme Horizon Europe and next Framework Programme (for now called FP10). Norwegian participation in Horizon Europe and the next Framework Programme FP10 is a top priority for the Norwegian Government, and RCN plays a key role in providing information and consultancy services to Norwegian applicants. RCN has a team of 25 National Contact Points for Horizon Europe, coordinated by the Department of International Cooperation at RCN. Among other activities, RCN offers courses and knowledge development for Norwegian applicants to Horizon Europe. Participants are normally from universities, colleges, research institutions, industry/private sector and public sector. Some of these courses are developed internally at RCN, but most are purchased from others. This tender covers the purchase of such courses, covering the areas specified in the tender documents. The objective of the procurement of the courses is to enable Norwegian applicants to obtain the necessary knowledge and skills related to Horizon Europe and FP10, with emphasis on • Pillar 1: ERC • Pillar 2: proposal development, project management, financial reporting and preparation for audits.
