The present tendering procedure aims to select Providers to support the implementation of the project and is divided into the following lots: Lot 1: Provision of expertise for the preparation of professional development strategies, action plans and written recommendations for an institutional set up for the training. Lot 2: Provision of expertise for the development of specialized training courses on legal topics and soft skills including CoE HELP on-line courses, piloting of training courses, “on the job” mentoring and coaching schemes. Lot 3: Provision of expertise for the design and delivery of training of trainer’s programmes
