II.1.4) Trumpas aprašymas:

The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement on consumables for lab and chemicals for laboratory use. The procurement shall help reduce prices and transaction costs, as well as simplify ordering processes and facilitate e-commerce. NORCE also wishes to contribute to increased compliance with social responsibility. Special needs within the contract areas can then be covered outside the framework agreement. Consumables and chemicals that may be procured for major project procurements and equipment procurements can be exempted from the contract. The estimated value per annum and the maximum value for the entire contract period per group, including any options and the expected price rise are stated in point 1.1.4. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors.
